Stop Disgracing The Ga Tribe - Sempe Mantse Nii Adotey Otintor II Condemns Nungua Traditional Priest For Marrying Minor

Sempe Mantse has spoken against the marriage between the 63-year-old Nungua Traditional Priest and a 13-year-old girl.

Nii Adotey Otintor II, the Sempe Mantse who doubles as the Mankralo of Ga State has condemned the marriage between the 63-year-old and his 13-year-old wife.

This marriage has been condemned by a good number of Ghanaians with some calling on state authorities to rescue the little girl.

Joining the public to condemn the marriage is the overlord of Sempe Traditional Area, Nii Adotey Otintor II.

The chief who doubles as the Mankralo of Ga State phoned into Joy Fm to condemn the action of his kinsman.

 

 

He said the elders of Nungua should know that everyone in Ghana including the President is subject to the 1992 constitution which is against child marriage.

According to Nii Adote Otintor II, after the Easter holidays he will take it upon himself to right the wrongs act deal with people ruining the image of the Ga tribe with their actions and inaction.
