What Have You Achieved In Your Career? – Shatta Wale Asks Sarkodie For Claiming Supremacy Over Nigerian Artistes On ‘Brag’

Dancehall artist Shatta Wale has responded to Sarkodie’s contentious rap song “Brag” by speaking out for the first time.

Shatta Wale questioned Sarkodie in a live TikTok video session with followers, asking him about his journey even though he was at the pinnacle of his profession when he first entered Ghana’s music scene.

This comes after Sark, among other Nigerian musicians, like Davido, Asake, Burna Boy, and Wizkid, declared his supremacy in his song “Brag.”

Ghana’s rap legend was the target of numerous diss tracks by Nigerian rappers, including Dremo and Chin Ekun, as a result of the lyrics’ contentious arguments.

In a belated response to the May release of “Brag,” Shatta Wale called into question Sarkodie’s legendary reputation, claiming that “he was there before” the previously stated Nigerian peers.

He claimed that even though Sarkodie is well-known for his hip-hop, he shouldn’t have made such a claim given his past successes and accolades.

Despite the fact that many people believe the Adonai singer understands everything, he was criticized for failing and falling short in the financial side of music.

He advised Sarkodie’s followers to stay true to themselves and not fall for their idol’s tricks.
