The Land I Bought For My 20-Bedroom Kumasi Home Cost GHS 60,000, Brother Sammy Says

Gospel performer Brother Sammy from Ghana has shared information about his new Kumasi building.

For a few days now, people have been talking about Sammy’s house.

ZionFelix has been given a tour of a building located in Kumasi, the capital of the Ashanti Region, by the “Aduro Biaa Nkadem.”

He disclosed that the land cost GHS 600,000 when it was purchased more over ten years ago. He estimated that the current cost of purchasing land in the same region would be approximately GHS 300,000.

 

Due to local land dispute concerns, Brother Sammy recalled how he had to defend the land during that time.

Eleven(11) years ago, he revealed that he took six months to construct the final apartment (a storey) after constructing the first six ground floor units.

He also shared the strategy and approaches used to purchase building supplies.

It is Brother Sammy’s intention to let some of the rooms.
