Edouard Mendy has received heroes welcome on his return to Chelsea.

Edouard Mendy, the AFCON winning goalkeeper of Senegal has received a heroes welcome on his Chelsea return.

The Senegalese joined the Chelsea team in the United Arab Emirates where they are participating in the FIFA Club World Cup.

After winning the AFCON 2021 trophy with Senegal he choose not to join the celebrations in Senegal but join his club Chelsea in the Emirates.

 

 

He wouldn’t want to miss a chance of adding another trophy to his collection of trophies.

European champions Chelsea play Asia champions Al Hilal today in the semifinals of the FIFA Club World Cup.

The winner will face South America champions Palmeiras in the finals.
