Top Kay has revealed that he has in his possession, nak*d photos and s*x tapes of the wife of LilWin.
Patricia, wife of Kwadwo Nkansah, and Top Kay have been at loggerheads ever since she suspected him of fueling her first breakup with the comic actor.
Patricia and Kwadwo Nkansah have settled out their differences as both are now living as lover once again but the bad blood with the lady and Top Kay has worsen.

Top Kay threatened to release an audio which has Patricia confessing about cheating on her husband and truth to his words he released the audio yesterday.
Fresh from dropping that audio, the sacked member Kwadwo Nkansah’s management team says he has nakd photos and sx tape of Patricia.
Top Kay said this in an interview but said for the respect he has for women in Ghana, he will not release them to shame Patricia.
