The 4th wife of Dr. Kwaku Oteng, Akua GMB gives birth 3rd child after divorce rumors
Sally Akua Amoakowaa Mensah, popularly known as Akua GMB has safely delivered her 3rd child for millionaire, Dr. Kwaku Oteng.
According to sources the former Ghana Most Beautiful winner brought forth to a beautiful baby girl.
This comes after numerous rumors about her parting ways with her husband.

Akua GMB herself took to her Instagram page to give a snippet about the childbirth with a post.
She posted a photo showing her baby bump with the caption;
