Nigerian Artiste David Adeleke alias Davido has gone all emotional as he remembers the day he lost his mother to death.
The Afrobeat singer has always held his late mother in high esteem as he continues to chalk more successes in his music career.
The beautiful mother of Davido, Dr. Veronica Imade Adeleke passed away in the year 2003, 16 years ago at the age of 39.

Davido has taken to social media to pay tribute to the late Dr. Veronica Adeleke.
In an Instagram post Davido said he holds a belief that his late mother is always protecting him from her new base in Heaven.
“LOVE U MOMMY!! !!! I KNOW ITS YOU THAT IS PROTECTING ME!!!!! I KNOW!!!! I LOVE U!! UR SON GALLANT DIE!!!!!!!! RIP!!!” he wrote.
