Rev. Emmanuel T. Barrigah speaking on Onua Fm said “God protects us all, but we must live by wisdom”.

He’s called on men of God around the country to up their personal security.

“I don’t think there is anything wrong if pastors are given protection, but the basic thing is God protects us all so it is also a matter of choice”, he explained.

He stressed that he’s not scared to die as he believes he will go to Heaven should he die.

“I know whatever happens if I die, I will go to heaven so God is my chief body guard.”

When asked whether he thinks the state should provide such protections to pastors in the country, Rev. Barrigah said “the state does not have the resource to provide. It is not viable because this is one in a lot so we should not rush in taking any decision.”
