My Business Isn’t Fraudulent, I Paid Taxes, SSNIT – NAM 1 claims
Business Tycoon Nana Appiah Mensah is asking why his business has been tagged as fraudulent when he’s been honoring his tax obligations for 5 years.
The CEO of MenzGold, a company under scrutiny by Security Exchanges Commission and Bank Of Ghana for allegedly doing illegal operations is wondering why his company is been subjected to attacks.
Nana Appiah Mensah, popularly known as NAM took to his Instagram account to court public sympathy with a long post.

The post seems to suggest a deliberate attempt to bring him down.
He stated that the company has been honoring it tax obligations, SSNIT for staff and royalties on all their gold exports since it started operating.
He asked the ‘naysayers’ to seek facts and not propaganda when discussing the issue.
