Music Producer, Da Hammer reveals why he opted to to sell bread

Renowned sound engineer Edward Nana Poku Osei popularly known in the showbiz industry as Da Hammer as revealed why he now sells bread.

Hammer in an interview with, Kwame B on the ‘Di Wu Lane Mu’ Show on Kasapa 102.5FM revealed that all his day as a beat maker didn’t bring cash into his pocket however brought him just fans subsequently his choice to drop music making for bread selling.

He included that selling of bread has gotten him more cash-flow than music and that he will proceed with his bread business.

“Music only got me more fans than money that is why I decided to do the bread business”, Hammer said.

He has partnered the owner of popular A1 bread, Godfred Obeng Boateng, to expand the sales point of the bread from Kumasi to Accra.

The history of Ghana’s music cannot be written without the mention of  Da Hammer. He is known for grooming some of the best Ghanaian Hip Hop or Hiplife artists, including Obrafour, Tinny, Kwaw Kese, Sarkodie, Ayigbe Edem, and others.
