Presidential candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, gave seasoned broadcaster Serwaa Amihere some words of encouragement when she returned to work following a public bedroom scandal involving tycoon Henry Fitz.
On Sunday, July 7, 2024, Mahama held a media conference to respond to inquiries regarding his opinions on a range of matters pertaining to the development and economy of the nation.
Following the meeting, the former president greeted reporters and other representatives of media outlets.

But the video featuring Serwaa Amihere of GHOne TV from the exchange went viral and created a commotion. He shook hands, murmured in her ear, and told her that all would work out as he turned to go.
The announcement coincides with GHOne TV’s recent statement following Serwaa Amihere’s comeback to television, in which the network said that its investigations had revealed no wrongdoing on her part regarding the bedroom footage with Henry Fitz.
