John Mahama has thanked Gob3 Eaters Association for helping to save Ghana critical foreign exchange.

Former President John Mahama has praised Gob3 Eaters Association for helping save Ghana critical foreign exchange.

In his address on the current economic situation in Ghana, he spent time to talk about how the cedi keeps depreciation against foreign currencies.

Amongst other things, he attributed this to the balance of payment deficits where the country import and consume foreign products.

John Mahama urged Ghanaians to eat locally produced food so the pressure on the cedi and demand for foreign money to import will reduce.

He singled out people who eat locally produce food like Gob3 and Koko for praise as these meals are made locally produced ingredients aside sugar.

According to John Mahama Gob3 Eaters Association have been saving Ghana critical foreign exchange.
