Henry Fitz is facing criminal charges over the much hyped Serwaa Amihere bedroom video.

Henry Amponsah known to social media users as Henry Fitz is facing criminal charges for non-consensual sharing of intimate images.

The court documents states that Henry Fitz together with a certain Edem Savior and Candylove did act together with a common purpose to commit crime namely non-consensual sharing of intimate images

They also distributed prohibited visual recording of Serwa Anihere without her consent.

The three accused will be standind trial for sexual extortion.
