Hazard powers Chelsea to 3rd with a 2-0 win over West Ham United
Eden Hazard put in a Man of The Match display to help Chelsea defeat West Ham United 2-0 at the Stanford Bridge.
The Belgian wizard toyed with the West Ham defenders in a solo run to give Chelsea a first half lead.
The Blues dominated the game and could’ve put the game to bed in the first half but they were too wasteful upfront.

Eden Hazard got his 2nd goal of the night, late into the game to make the scoreline 2-0 in favor of Chelsea.
The win pushes Chelsea to 3rd on the English Premier League table.
