Ghanaian Pastor slapped with 5 years prison sentence for sexual assault on two sisters

The Ghanaian pastor who was charged in The Hague for sexual assault on two sisters has been finally slapped with a prison sentence.

58 year old Pastor Rans D has been given a 5 year prison sentence in Holland.

The Hague District Prosecutor demanded a 6 year sentence and €2,500 each for the two girls but the judge gave him 5 years instead.

On the monetary compensation to the two sisters, the court agreed to the €2,500 plea and slapped Pastor Rans with €5,000 to be given to the girls.

The plaintiffs presented hard core evidence to court which included audio recordings of the accused admitting to the crime.

The mother of the victims is a co founder of the church and therefore the two sisters have been church members for large part of their lives.

One of the victims presently 20, claims the sexual abuse started when she was 5 year old. The other claimed, her’s started when she was 11 and lasted for seven years.
