Forex Trader Sues Bongo Ideas For Defamatory Tweets And Demands GH¢1 Million In Damages
A forex trader has dragged Bongo Ideas to court for defamation.
Ghanaian forex trader, Kojo Forex has sued Nathaniel Hyde popularly known as Bongo Ideas for defamation.
A couple of months ago, lawyers of Kojo Forex wrote to Bongo Ideas to apologize to their client for defaming him and his brand with series of tweets.
Bongo Ideas rubbished the letter and stood by his tweets that Kojo Forex does shady business and that the forex thing is just a cover for the secret illegitimate businesses he does.
Kojo Forex paid tweeps 50 cedis each to report Bongo Ideas’ twitter account but he sailed through without his account getting blocked.
Finally the defamation suit is in and Kojo Forex is demanding for GH¢1 Million in damages amongst over reliefs.

He is also demanding for an injunction on Bongo Ideas to quit the constant attacks on his brand.
