Finally!!! Nana Appiah Mensah released from Police custody
Nana Appiah Mensah has finally been released from the custody of Ghana Police Service after meeting reviewed bail requirements
The legal team of the MenzGold CEO filed for a review of the GH¢1 billion bail to GH¢5 million after failing to meet the bail conditions which required 3 of the 5 sureties to provide guarantees.
The court presided by Mrs. Harriet Naa Akweley Quaye stood by the original GH¢1 billion but reviewed the conditions to 5 sureties but none to be justified.

The legal team headed by lawyer Kwame Akufo have been able to provide documents to meet the new conditions to set NAM 1 free.
The PRO of MenzGold Nii Armah Amartefio confirmed the news to Class Fm saying his Boss has been released by the Police.
“We met all the bail conditions, he is a free man now.. As a speak to you now, he is on his way home”.
