Court Dismisses Former NSS Lady’s Case Against Bank Boss, Fines Her GH¢10k

Court has dismissed the case former NSS lady Deborah Seyram Adablah, against a former Chief Finance Officer of First Atlantic Bank.

Accra High Court has dismissed the case Deborah Seyram Adablah, a former NSS lady filed against Ernest Nimako, former Chief Finance Officer of a bank.

The young lady sued her former sugar daddy over unfulfilled promises after they broke up

According to the lady, the man used to harass her when she was doing her national service at the bank and she later accepted his request for a relationship.

He rented a house for help and bought her a car only to come for the car after break up.

When the case went mainstream, the bank dismissed Ernest Nimako and disassociated themselves from him.

After several months in court, the case has been dismissed and the lady has been fined GH¢10k.

 

 

The court said the relationship was immoral but there was no reasonable cause for action.

The judge also mentioned the relationship was not a legal one in the first place for a court to have any decision on it
