Biography of Anne Sophie AVÉ, French Ambassador to Ghana

The real name of the French Ambassador to Ghana is Anne Sophie AVÉ.

Anne Sophie AVÉ was born in Fontainebleau (France) on November 10, 1968.

Anne Sophie AVÉ is 54 years old.

Anne was appointed Ambassador of France to Ghana by decree of the President of the French Republic in September 2018.

In 2016-2018, she was appointed as the Ministry of Defence’s Director of Human Resources.
From 2012 to 2015, she worked as a Social Counsellor in the cabinet of Jean-Yves Le Drian (Minister of Defense).
She served as General Delegate of Armateurs de France (the French shipowners’ federation) from 2007 to 2012.

From 2005 to 2007, she was a Senior Civil Servant, Head of the European and International Unit at the Ministry of Transport’s Directorate for Maritime, River, and Road Transport.

From 2003 to 2005, she was a student at the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA) (Romain Gary class).

She was a Sales Director at Addeo multimedia from 1997 to 2002.

Honors: Knight of the Legion of Honour and of the National Order of Merit, 1991-1996.
