Asamoah Gyan dropped from Blackstars Squad to face Kenya

The head coach of the Blackstars of Ghana, James Akwesi Appiah has invited a 24 man squad for the final AFCON qualifier.

The senior national team of Ghana will host Kenya at the Accra Sports Stadium on 22nd March 2019.

Conspicuously missing from the list is captain of the team, Asamoah Gyan who’s been dropped once again by Akwesi Appiah.

Returning to the team is Inter Milan’s Kwadwo Asamoah who couldn’t honor his previous invite citing an injury concern.
