Arrest FixTheCountry conveners over armed demonstration, they’re sick – Captain Smart betrays his people

Captain Smart has called for the arrest of FixTheCountry conveners over their planned armed demonstration.

Firebrand journalist Captain Smart has called for the arrest of FixTheCountry conveners of the planned 3 days armed demonstration.

Though a member of the FixTheCountry movement, the Media General journalist says he has no knowledge about the letter the conveners wrote to Ghana Politice Service to notify them about the demonstration.

The letter the conveners wrote to the police stated that they wouldn’t be needing police protection for the demonstration because they have hired private security who will be following them with their arms.

They also demanded access to the state broadcaster, Ghana Broadcasting Corporation to address the nation.

Despite the letter having the names of Captain Smart, Okakakyie Afrifa, and Oliver Baker, the Media General journalist says he is not a signatory to the letter, neither did they inform him before sending it to the police.

In an interview on 3Fm, Captain Smart condemned the letter and the armed demonstration plot saying despite being a member of FixTheCountry, he will not support any attempt by his colleagues to cause mayhem.

He has therefore called for the arrest of who ever birthed the armed demonstration idea and the one who wrote the letter.
