Apartment And Glass Factory Built By Anas Aremeyaw Anas On Illegal Land Pulled Down

An apartment and a glass factory owned by Anas Aremeyaw Anas is set to be demolished.

An apartment and a glass factory built on an illegal land at Tse Addo by undercover investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas is set to be pulled down.

This follows the journalist’s disregard of a court order which asked him to put a stop to construction on the disputed land at Tse Addo in Accra until final judgment.

The final court ruling by Justice Kwame Gyamfi Osei on the disputed land case brought before him by the rightful owner Adolf Tetteh Adjei has gone in favor of the plaintiff.

The court awarded the plaintiff  GH100,000 to fund the demolition of the illegal structure built by Anas on his land.

Anas Aremeyaw Anas after the ruling has sort to make arrangements with the plaintiff Adolf Tetteh Adjei to pay him a negotiated sum of money to buy the land and give the property but the plaintiff has other ideas.

Adolf Tetteh Adjei says the undercover investigative journalist used land guards and police to terrorize him so he can’t give money from him and allow the illegal building on his land.

Should Anas Aremeyaw Anas fail to convince the owner to accept his offer, the building will be pulled down.

The building built by Anas and his Chinese partners had a glass factory and apartments for rent.

All this huge investment will go down the drain if Adolf Tetteh Adjei refuses to accept the offer given him by the journalist.
