On Monday 29th April 2019, the court finally  brought out it ruling on the famous case, rejecting the appeal by the 3 sacked judges  on the basis that it lacks merit.

Justice Dupe Atoki, who read the final judgment said the applicant failed to prove with evidence that their rights were violated with the dismissal.

The court held that, though Anas filming the judges secretly was a violation of their privacy, the filming was done for public good as it exposed misconduct by public officers in their daily job.

According to the verdict, the decision of the Judicial Council is supported by Article 1(1)(b) of the Whistle Blower Act of Ghana and Section 61 of the Data Protection Act of Ghana.
