Woman takes her own life and daughter’s to spite USA based husband
A married woman in Nigeria has taken her own life and that of her daughter to spite her husband.
The woman identified as Hafusat Ibuloye who resides at Idumota in Lagos allegedly handed her children poisonous substances to drink.
While 15 year old Aduke drank the substance prepared by her mother in the early hours of 27th February 2020, the younger ones didn’t drink the poisonous substance.
Hafusat Ibuloye herself drank the poisonous substance leaving her unconscious only to be found by neighbors who rushed her to the hospital.
According to reports Hafusat Ibuloye took this action to spite her husband who haven’t reached out to her after relocating to the United States of America.

The frustration reached it peak when she heard the husband had returned to Nigeria about 3 months without reaching out to her.
