Residents of Foase, a town in Atwima Kwanwoma District of the Ashanti Region has thrown out a warning to the President of Ghana and his party not to dare campaign in their town, come 2020 elections.
Residents of the town say, they have gathered stones and catapults, waiting to pounce on any NPP official who would try campaigning on their land.
The entire township was thrown into a funeral mode on Thursday as they mourned the 4 natives who was shot dead by the Police during a confusion in the town on 7th February 2018.

The confusion erupted when arid youth staged a deadly protest against Government’s decision to rid the town of being the district capital.
Investigations were ordered into the killings but till date, the findings are yet to come out.
They added that, they regret ever voting for President Akufo Addo blaming him for the death of the 4 natives who lost their lives in the protest.
They deceased, Kwadwo Fori 47, Douglas Addai 35, Prince Boateng 29 and Danso Seth 24 were laid to rest yesterday.
