Watch: Stonebwoy announces political aspiration

International Reggae/Dancehall musician, Stonebwoy has declared his political ambition in a recent interview.

In a new video seen by Ghplash.com, Stonebwoy indicated that he would not hesitate to go into politics if the opportunity presents itself.

According to the father of two, he has Ghana and its people at heart and if he has to serve, it couldn’t be just in showbizness circles alone however should be political.

“I as an ordinary person also do have the power. But if I do have to assume a political post to be able to serve my country, I will go for it.

“It’s a service to the nation, so if it fits for me to be in a political post to be able to serve my country, not only as a musician who holds a Ghanaian passport, then I will,” he added.

He added that if he is to assume any political position to enable him to serve Ghana, he would willingly accept it. He, however, failed to mention which political party he would sail with.
