Voter Registration: NPP organizer injured, NDC MP Collins Dauda pepper sprayed in a clash at Acherensua
Violence marred the first day of the Voter Registration exercise at Acherensua in the Asutifi South Constituency.
A brawl erupted between the camp of NDC and the NPP at a polling station in Acherensua.
The misunderstanding at the Methodist Polling Station got serious to the extent that the Military had to called to restore calm in the town.
The Member of Parliament in the Asutifi South Constituency, Hon. Collins Dauda of the NDC was attacked with pepper spray during the violence.
The NPP Constituency organizer Musa Isaaka got injured in the face and had to be rushed to the hospital.
