Video: Watch The Dubious Penalty Decision By Egyptian Referee In Kotoko’s Defeat To Etoile of Tunisia

Asante Kotoko bowed out of the CAF Champions League following a thrashing in Tunisia.

The Porcupine Warriors were thrashed by Etoile du Sahel 3-0 to overturn their 2-0 first leg defeat.

The result made the aggregate scoreline 3-2 in favor of Etoile du Sahel who are through to the group stages of the CAF Champions League.

Referee Nour El-Din

Though Kotoko failed to put up a vintage performance, referee decisions helped decided the game in favor of the Tunisians.

In the 20th minute, the Egyptian referee Nour El-Din awarded the Tunisian club a dubious penalty when a harmless ball deflected off the body of Empem Dacosta.
