The game ended 2-2 after 120 minutes of play as both teams couldn’t win in regulation time.
Youssouf Dao got a brace for the Ivorians whiles Ghana’s goals came through Yaw Yeboah and Evans Mensah.

In the penalty shootouts, Ghana Black Meteors missed 3 penalty kicks to throw the game away.

Ivory Coast have booked a ticket to the finals and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games whiles Ghana will meet the lose of the game between Egypt and South Africa.
In win the the 3rd place game will guarantee a ticket to the Olympics come 2020 in Tokyo, the capital of Japan.
