Video: Blackstars players mobbed by residents of Winneba and Mankessim on their way to Cape Coast
Ghana Blackstars will begin the AFCON 2021 qualifications campaign on Thursday at the Cape Coast Stadium.
The senior national team of Ghana will host the Bafana Bafana of South Africa con Thursday evening.
Traveling from Accra to the game venue, Cape Coast, the Blackstars team made two stop overs on the road as fans gathered in numbers by the road side to catch glimpses of the players.

At Winneba junction, the tram bus had to stop for the players to exchange pleasantries with the partisan crowd. They even dashed some of the fans paraphernalia of the team.

The crowd at Mankessim was too massive the players had to come down from the bus to take photos with lucky few.

The team is currently in Cape Coast where they were warmly received by the chief of the town Oguaaman Hene Osabarima Kwesi Atta II.
