South Africa confirms first case of Coronavirus

South Africa has become the latest country to confirm a case of coronavirus in their land.

The virus carrier is a 38 year old Italian who traveled to his country with his wife.

Arriving back to South Africa with a group of 10 on the 1st of March 2020, the patient consulted a private hospital on 3rd March with symptoms of fever, headache, malaise, sore throat and cough.

The Italian victim has been isolated since the 3rd of March 2020 after testing positive to the virus.
