Savanna Region: NDC supporters protest and burn tyres over Akufo-Addo’s Swearing-In

Supporters of the National Democratic Congress in Damongo has taken to the streets to protest against the swearing in of Akufo-Addo to begin his 2nd term in office.

The NDC party faithfuls in the capital town of the Savanna Region have received the news of the swearing in of Akufo-Addo with anger.

Barely 24 hours after the swearing in ceremony, NDC supporters in the home region of John Mahama have taken to the streets to burn tyres.

In the NDC party colors they’ve turned some principal streets of Damongo into a messy place with a serious demonstration.
