Police Prevent Hundreds Of MenzGold Customers From Committing Suicide On The N1 Highway
Personnel of the Ghana Police Service did avert what would’ve been a mass suicide on the George Bush Highway.
On the eve of Christmas, Hundreds of aggrieved customers of MenzGold stormed their Dzorwulu office to protest for their locked up investment.
The Police around did manage to get the protest under control, preventing the arid customers from doing damages to the properties and staff of the gold trading firm.

The aggrieved customers then moved to the N1 highway with the aim of blocking the 8 lane busy road.
Supt. Kwesi Ofori, Director of Operations at the Accra Regional Police Command,, told Joy News the angry Menzgold customers rushed onto the road to carry out their plan, defying the high-speed at which vehicles were approaching them.
The way and manner they rushed onto the highway the police have to tactically quickly stop the speeding vehicles if not, we would have witnessed a mass suicide on our road and we are not prepared to supervise this,” Supt. Ofori said
The anger in Customers of MenzGold is getting out of control with each passing day as they keep pressuring them for their investments.
