Police detains Abronye in custody ahead of court charges tomorrow over Mahama coup allegation
Police has detained Abronye in custody ahead of court tomorrow.
The Bono Region Chairperson of the NPP was invited to the Accra Regional police headquarters over some allegations he made against former President John Mahama.
Abronye alleged that former President Mahama is planning a coup to overthrow the current NPP government.

The police invited him to assist them with information about the supposed coup the former President is plotting.
According to a statement released by the police investigation done by done made them conclude that Abronye’s allegation is false.
He has subsequently been detained, charged with publication of false news and offensive conduct.

Kwame Baffoe Abronye will be arraigned before court tomorrow.
