Police arrested some Legon students who assaulted the referee in the UG vs UDS game
Yesterday the GUSA football game between University of Ghana and University for Development Studies was ruined by hooliganism.
Some students of the host, University of Ghana assaulted the center referee for allegedly cheating them.
Thankfully personnel of the Ghana Police Service were present to bring the situation under control.
According to reports a couple of students were arrested by the Police for the role they played in the violence that marred the game.

Photos of the incident sees the some of the students in the grips of the police with their hands cuffed.
