Photos: South African man Hendrick Chebanga builds a flashy sports car with plastic and metal wastes

A Zimbabwe born South African genius Hendrick Chebanga has added a flashy sports car made from scraps to his collection.

The 31st year old engineer said it took him about seven months to complete this innovation as money and materials for building the car was difficult to find.

Hendrick Chebanga is the son of a carpenter from Zimbabwe now based in Dilopye village, near Hammanskraal in Gauteng.

He has earned himself a name among the locals as the “helicopter man”. Using scrap metal like Chingoma, to build an helicopter a couple of years ago.

He also built a Police car last year.
