Painful scene as SHS Teacher gives Student 25 lashes at his back (Video)

Corporal punishment has been banned by the Ministry of Education and the Ghana Education Service but some schools continue to disobey the rule.

A video of a corporal punishment meted on a student in a Ghanaian senior high school has resurrected the corporal punishment topic.

A student of the St. Stephen Senior High School was given 25 lashes at his back by a teacher.

To make the lashes more painful, the student was made to take off his shirt and received the lashes at his bare back.
