On Saturday, October 1, 2022, Lock Haven resident Rachel E. Camp, 32, passed away at her residence. She was the daughter of Bill and Carol (Springman) Camp and was born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, on March 25, 1990.
Rachel belonged to the Community Baptist Church of Montoursville and worked at the IMA Group in Williamsport.
