NPP Chief Hopeson Adorye, others scammed by notorious fraudster (Video)

A notorious fraudster has been busted after attempting to scam Hopeson Adorye, the Deputy Director of National Security.

The suspect Jonas Awuah who operates the fraud ring with some Indians has admitted he scams unsuspecting victims under the guise of offering then lucrative deals.

Like the saying goes, everyday for thiefman but one day for master, the cup of Jonas Awuah got full when he tried his tricks on Hopeson Adorye.

He approached Mr. Adorye with a deal which will see him supply an ‘Oil Well Cement’ they sell to West African Gas Pipeline and Bui Dam.

The NPP man agreed to the deal and paid Ghc 5,000 for first batch of the supposed ‘Oil Well Cement’ which Jonas Awuah and his expatriates delivered.

According to Hopeson Adorye, this cement is fake, a well packaged sea sand with labels that it was manufactured on Indonesia.

For the next batch of the cement, Jonas Awuah was supposed to receive Ghc 55,000 from Mr. Adorye.

Not knowing his scheme has been unmasked, he showed up with the product with the aim of taking the agreed Ghc 55,000 only for him to be busted by National Security Operatives.

 

Mr. Hopeson Adorye shared the story on how he’s busted this notorious fraudster and his Indian gang via his Facebook page;

This thief and Scammer was arrested this morning around Nyaho Clinic by a team from National security.
These guys scammed me Ghc 5,000.00 yesterday and were coming for Ghc 55,000.00 this morning. I learned they have scammed numerous people in Accra and beyond. They have 2 Indians or Pakistanis they work with. Below is the product they will ask you to supply to West African Gas Pipe Line and Bui dam. Be careful folks”
