UK based Ghanaian boxer Freezy MacBones has returned to Ghana to join the Ghana Amateur boxing team in their preparations to qualify for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Remember when he won his first professional boxing bout in UK, he spoke with emotion when talking about how he used to struggle in Ghana for basic stuff?

In Ghana he was a mere laborer to masons and was living in a village with no light and tap water.
On his return to Ghana from UK, he’s taken us friends with him to his village where he was born and bred.
He showed them the mud house he used to live in and talked about how there was no light when he was growing up.
According to the boxer, they used to walk to the forest for water as they was no tap water.
