Netizen boycotts Adinkra Pie for Plantain Chips over how Nana Barima used the Pie money to buy pressure for the youth
The plush wedding ceremony which lasted 5 days organized by Nana Barima Mensah has started having effects on his Adinkra Pie business.
The positive effect is that Adinkra Pie got free publicity from all media houses who did stories about the grande wedding between Nana Barima Mensah and Anita Sefa Boakye.
As they enjoy the positive, their’s a down side to the publicity as some people think their small money they’ve been using to buy the famous Adinkra Pie is what financed the lavish wedding.
A Netizen with the name Isaac Kyei Andoh has taken to social media to reveal that thought of the lavish wedding of the Adinkra Pie CEO made him change his mind when buying the pie today in town.
The guy says immediately he remembered the wedding, he changed his mind and bought plantain chips instead because the seller of the chips wouldn’t use the money to organize a plush wedding to buy pressure for the youth.
According to the Netizen, Nana Barima could’ve put an invite in some of the pie so loyal customers who are fortunate to buy the selected pie would’ve gotten the chance to also enjoy at the wedding.
He says for the next one month, he is boycotting the Adinkra pie till the thought of the wedding leaves his mind.
