Nana Aba’s Range Rover Gift is not registered – DVLA issues press statement

The Driver And Vehicles Licensing Authority, Ghana has issued a press statement on issues concerning the Range Rover Nana Aba got on her birthday from an anonymous person.

On 19th of June 2020 Nana Aba posted a photo of a Range Rover purported to be a gift she got on her birthday.

A Social media user checked the number plate of the Range Rover GR 2050-20 and it appeared that the number plate is that of a Nissan Rogue.

Few days later another social media users managed to spotted the Nissan Rogue car with that very number plate and shared the image on social media.



Nana Aba became the butt of jokes for allegedly renting a car and getting a fake number plate just to satisfy her ego that she’s been gifted a Range Rover.

Others held the view that the acting GHONE Television General Manager is too big that she can’t afford a Range Rover.

Finally the authority responsible for car registration in Ghana, DVLA has issued a press statement to clarify the issue.

According to the statement, the number plate GR 2050-20 is registered in the name of the Nissan Rogue and not Range Rover.



They added that from a thorough checks in their system, the Range Rover Nana Aba Anamoah claimed she got on her birthday isn’t registered.
