NAM1’s Brother Stanley Mensah Kodia, KOD Arrested For Fraud

Stanley Mensah Kodia known on social media as KOD has been arrested by the Ghana Police Service.
The guy who gained fame as unofficial spokesperson of NAM1 when he was jailed in Dubai has been arrested for fraud.

A certain Real Estate mogul dragged KOD and his father Nii Okpoti Kodia to the police for fraud.
According to the complainant in November 2015 they sold sold 20 plots of land at Oyarifa Gravel Pit in the Greater Accra Region to him which he duly paid for.
He built a wall around the 20 plot he bought to protect it from encroachment and keep it save for future use.

The Real Estate man says he returned to the land recently only to see other people it claiming ownership.
These people have pulled down the wall he built and demarcated the land into pieces of plots.
The complainant says from his investigations KOD and his father demarcated the land, pulled down the wall and resold to other people.

The police picked up KOD but released him on Wednesday but has been ordered to keep reporting himself to assist investigations
