Nana Appiah Mensah says his company will find extremely difficult to pay the aggrieved customers their money unless these conditions are met. The business tycoon says the state has frozen his account so he can’t access it to transact business which includes paying the customers the money owed them.

He asked the state to assist him to retrieve the money the Dubai court order Horizon Royal Diamonds to pay him in the famous case that got him behind bars in the golf country and the money laundering charge on him must be lifted because with that charge he can’t receive money from his international debtors through bank wiring.

“NAM1 is a funny guy by giving the government three options on how to settle his customers. We are living in a country that is regulated, not the likes of NAM 1 will be directing what we are supposed to do.

The deception in this country is becoming too much. Are you the one to give government instructions. We will deal with NAM1, you are creating unnecessary tension among the people for what.

You think there are no laws in Ghana, then we will all open some of NAM 1’s business. Everybody takes the law into his own hands now you have the guts to request for legislation for the work you do, what do you mean? Who asked him to hold that press conference?”, Omanhene stated.
