Reggae/Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has finally spoken after his name was nowhere to be found in the 2019 Black Entertainment Awards (BET) nominees list.
According got the ‘My Level’ singer, his focus is on local awards (3 Music Awards, VGMAs) and not that of international awards.
It would be recalled that the Shatta Movement boss tweeted about receiving an email from BET last year and here we are, his name is conspicuously missing in the list.
Taking to Twitter he wrote; International Nominations come ooo and our Ghanaian international artiste are not there ooooo ..I beg let me concentrate on my Local awards and go collect all in Jesus name … 2knowww life go kill Ghana artiste ..mcheeeeewww

BET Networks, the organisers of the annual Black Entertainment Awards have released the full list of nominees and surprisingly, no Ghanaian artiste was nominated like it happened last year.
