The National Film Authority have re-affirm it stance on ensuring that they review every Audiovisual content before it airs on Television.
Starting from May 1, 2021, all content producers, media houses and cinemas are expected to submit their contents to the National Film Authority for review.
Right owners who also desire to show their content on television shall bring license from appropriate authorities backing their product before they can be aired.
According to the National Film Authority, failure to adhere to this means you will be subjected to penalties in Section 27 of the Development and Classification of Film Act 935.
