A supposed mentally ill man is currently trending on various social media platforms for hilarious reasons.

A photo of him has gone viral which sees him smoking on a Police pick-up truck.

The yet-to-be-identified man appears to be mentally challenged considering the nature of his action, ceteris paribus.

He posed for the camera while he kept smoking the weed like there’s no tomorrow.
