Mahama writes emotional note as he remembers late Atta Mills on 7th year anniversary of his demise

Exactly 7 years today, Ghana lost it sitting President to the cruel villain called death.

Professor John Evans Fiifi Atta Mill died an unfortunate death which sent the nation in tears for months.

The Vice President of Ghana during his reign, John Mahama replaced him as interim President and subsequently won the polls to be a substantive president.

John Mahama has penned down a note to mark the 7 years anniversary of the demise of his late boss Atta Mills.

He took to twitter to write the following about the exemplary life of Atta Mills;

Seven years ago, today, our nation was struck with unquenchable grief and agony when President John Atta Mills departed to his maker.
He was a man who stood for the highest ideals of leadership and for the greatest aspirations of our democracy.
RIP Prof.”
