The family of former President Rawlings received visitors at the late leader’s residence today.
President of Ghana led a government delegation to the house to grieve with the bereaved family.
At the house of Rawlings, Akufo-Addo and Bawumia signed a book of condolence to pay tribute to the former President.
After Akufo-Addo and Bawumia left, the family took the book away.
When NDC flag bearer John Mahama got to the house to grieve with the family, he was denied access to the book of condolence.
The family of Rawlings says the book will be reopened on Monday November 16, 2020.
NDC activist Princess Law confirmed the incident with a post on Facebook and urged NDC people to converge at the party head office as John Mahama will be there to sign book of condolence made by the party to honor their founder.
