Lady sues First Atlantic senior staff for chopping and dumping her without fulfilling promises few years after National Service
A lady has sued First Atlantic Bank and a senior staff for sexual abuses.
A young lady, Deborah Seyram Adablah has sued First Atlantic Bank and a senior staff of the bank, Ernest Kwasi Nimako for sexual abuses.
In court writ, the lady revealed that she did her national service at the bank where she worked in the office of Ernest Kwasi Nimako.
According to her with persistent sexual harassment and abuses she came in an entered into a relationship with her boss.
She revealed that many other senior staff harasses and abuses other girls in the bank and it’s viewed as normal by the bank.
The lady in the writ said because of her relationship with the boss, he persuaded her not to accept a contract job from the bank when she was about complete the National service.
He agreed to buy her a car, rent a house for her for 3 years, give her huge money to start business and put her on a monthly allowance of 3,000 cedis.
He also promised her that he will divorce his wife and made the lady do family planning till he’s ready to settle down with her.
According to her he rented her the house at Labadi but instead of the promised 3 years he paid only one year.
He bought her Honda Civic placed a tracker to monitor her movement even when he’s outside the country.

The lady says it was not until now that she realized the man registered the car in his name.
According to the lady, she is facing eviction from the house and facing medical challenges from the family planning the man made her do.
